We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and secure online card payments.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

As a result, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur, making each piece unique.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after payment, depending on product availability and delivery scheduling.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready or out for delivery.

Because our items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos, so we can assist.
