2. About Mobile-Gardens

Mobile-Gardens is a small, independent South African business creating handmade indoor and outdoor garden décor — from cement planters and pots to creative garden arrangements. Each piece is made with care, quality, and a love for nature.

3. Products and Descriptions

Because every item is handmade, slight variations in size, colour, and texture may occur. These differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

We take care to display accurate photos and descriptions, but product colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payment can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or other approved payment methods displayed on the site.

5. Delivery and Collection

  • Mobile-Gardens currently delivers within Gauteng only.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on availability and delivery schedules.

  • Customers outside of Gauteng may arrange collection or private courier at their own cost (please contact us to discuss options).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, traffic).

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are handmade to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.

7. Custom Orders

We welcome custom designs!
Please note:

  • Custom orders require full upfront payment before production begins.

  • Because they are made specifically for you, custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.

  • Production time may vary based on size, design, and materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including photos, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Mobile-Gardens unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, share, or use any material without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is collected and used only for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy and South Africa’s POPIA regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mobile-Gardens is not responsible for:

  • Damages or losses caused by improper use of our products

  • Delays due to third-party couriers

  • Errors, omissions, or interruptions on the website

Our products should be used safely and for their intended decorative purposes only.
